This Policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from our official website. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects after the return window may be handled separately under our Warranty Policy.

For quality-related issues (defect, damage in transit, wrong item), restocking fees generally do not apply. Return shipping may be arranged by us or reimbursed as per case assessment.
When you submit a return online, you explicitly consent to this Policy, the displayed deductions, product condition requirements, and original packaging rules. If the final assessed refund differs from the estimate after inspection, we will notify you and require your explicit approval of the final net refund before processing payment.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product receipt, inspection, and (if applicable) your final refund approval. Bank/payment gateway settlement times may vary.

Always mention your RMA reference number on the outer package. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or delayed.
