This Shipping & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through the Luxntek online store operated by Lux Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd..

Delivery time
Luxntek online shop typically takes approximately 5–7 business days to deliver products to your location after you complete the order. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer. If that happens, we will inform you in advance.
Shipping method
Products sold through Luxntek Shop Online are usually delivered by our aligned courier partners near your location or through India Post. This helps reduce the risk of product damage or operational issues during transit.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our online sales support team so we can take the necessary action. We will be happy to resolve your issue.
Shipping charges
In most cases, Luxntek provides free delivery. In certain cases, minimal shipping charges may apply. Any applicable charges are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges shown on the checkout page are final and do not include hidden costs or additional charges beyond what is displayed. Product prices on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive order confirmation by email and SMS on your registered email ID and phone number. When your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive further updates by email and SMS. You can also track your order from My Account → Orders or our Track Your Order page.
Please note: Orders placed on the website during holidays, including Sundays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Cancellation and returns
Lux Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. aims to deliver products within the stated delivery window after you place your order. We ensure that products reaching you are functional and free from defects.

Order cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed only until the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible to request a return after delivery as per our Returns & Replacement Policy.
You can request cancellation at any time before shipment, subject to the following charges:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order: No penalty
- After 24 hours of placing the order: 10% deduction of invoice value
To cancel, send your cancellation request to info@luxntek.in or contact our sales support at +91-83840 90738 or +91 8447270569. Mentioning your order number and registered contact details is mandatory.
Refund for cancelled orders
For prepaid orders paid online (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking), refunds are generally processed to the same payment mode used while placing the order.
In most cases, refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account after we process your cancellation request.
If payment was made by cheque, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), or Cash on Delivery, please email us a cancelled cheque image of the bank account in which you wish to receive the refund.
If a cancelled cheque is not available, please email the following details to info@luxntek.in:
- Account holder's name
- Account number
- Bank name
- IFSC code
When we may cancel your order
Lux Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Error or mistake in product information on our website (price, specification, quantity, etc.)
- Wrong or incomplete details provided while placing the order (incomplete address, wrong or missing PIN code, phone number, etc.)
- COD order that was not re-confirmed when requested
- Product not available or out of stock
- Delivery address is outside our serviceable area
