Luxntek online shop typically takes approximately 5–7 business days to deliver products to your location after you complete the order. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer. If that happens, we will inform you in advance.
Products sold through Luxntek Shop Online are usually delivered by our aligned courier partners near your location or through India Post. This helps reduce the risk of product damage or operational issues during transit.

Order cancellation is allowed only until the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible to request a return after delivery as per our Returns & Replacement Policy.

For prepaid orders paid online (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking), refunds are generally processed to the same payment mode used while placing the order.
In most cases, refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account after we process your cancellation request.
If payment was made by cheque, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), or Cash on Delivery, please email us a cancelled cheque image of the bank account in which you wish to receive the refund.
