These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of luxntek.in, operated by Lux Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. (brand: Luxntek). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and information

Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and stock status are shown in good faith. We may correct errors, update specifications, or refuse an order if an item cannot be fulfilled.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is successful (or when we confirm a permitted offline/admin order). Prices are shown in the selected currency. Applicable shipping, taxes, and GST are calculated at checkout. A GST tax invoice is issued after successful payment.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate billing, shipping, GST, and contact details. Keep your login details confidential. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4. Shipping, warranty, and returns

Dispatch, cancellation, warranty, returns, and international customs (paid by the customer under DAP/DDU terms) are governed by the policy pages linked in the website footer. Those pages form part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or post unlawful or harmful content in reviews, comments, or support messages.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luxntek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Product liability for manufacturing defects is limited to the remedies in the Warranty Policy and applicable Indian consumer law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction, without limiting any statutory consumer rights.
